Obituary for Paula Diane Tobin (Pittsnogle)

Paula Diane Tobin, 65, of Martinsburg, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born August 16, 1951 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Paul and Thelma Linton Pittsnogle.
Paula began her work career with Rice, Hannis, and Douglas as a legal secretary. She retired from 3M as a production control analyst. She then went to work for Raven Services at NCTC where she handled the maintenance scheduling.
She was a member of Falling Waters Presbyterian Church at Spring Mills where she had served as an Elder and was a member of the choir.
Paula was an excellent cook and seamstress. She was crafty and had taught baton and aerobic lessons to many. She was a 1969 graduate of Hedgesville High School.
She was devoted to her church and her family. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Sam Tobin; one daughter, Kristie Redding and husband, Steve; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, W. Douglas Pittsnogle, Philip Ray Pittsnogle, and David M. Pittsnogle; one sister, Tonia Kay Sweeney and husband, Dave of Winchester; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 2, 2016 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 11:00AM at Falling Waters Presbyterian Church with Rev. Debra McKune and Rev. John Cushwa officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 11:00AM prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Falling Waters Presbyterian Church, 2928 Hammonds Mill Road, Hedgesville, WV 25427.
