Allen L.  Henry
Allen L. Henry, 81, passed away on July 23, 2016, at Clary Grove Nursing Home.
Born November 24, 1934, in Martinsburg, he was the youngest son of the late Everett Henry, Sr. and Lillian Comer Henry.
He was retired from Corning Glass Works and attended Second Baptist Church.
Allen is survived by one son, Tony and wife Lisa; one daughter, Linda Burkhart and husband Robert; three grandchildren, Steven "Brice" Henry and wife Julie, Elizabeth Henry Koehn and husband Kelly and Katie Henry; one great-grandson, Louis Henry; sister-in-law, Sue (Wolf) Henry; two nieces, Debra Lupis and Tara Simpson; two nephews, Mark and Scott Henry and their families and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Everett "Bill" Henry, Jr.
Allen suffered many years with rheumatoid arthritis. The family would like to thank the dedicated personnel at Silver Age Services, Elmcroft of Martinsburg and Clary Grove for their loving support. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the family members and friends who visited him, brought him sweets and prayed for him.
In honoring the wishes of the deceased, there will be no service.
