Obituary for Barbara Christine Fisher
Barbara Christine Fisher, 68, went home to be with the Lord and entered into Eternal rest with her mother, father, and sister on July 24, 2016.
Born July 10, 1948 in Santa Cruz, CA she was the daughter of the late William Franklin Hagerman and Violet Joan Johnson.
She had been employed with City Hospital for over 20 years.
She is survived by her life partner, Bob Siford; children, Thomas Darin Fisher, Diana Christine Chinchello, Richard W. Fisher and wife, Courtney, and Carrie Renee Fisher; eight grandchildren, Staci Berg, Darin Fisher, Justin Chinchello, Ethan Fisher, Hannah Redick, Jordan Chinchello, Nicholas Fisher, and Lily Fisher; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Richard A. Holland, George Dennis Holland, and Ron Hagerman; one sister, Sharon White; former daughter-in-law, Teresa Fisher, whom she thought of as a daughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Lee Stancil.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 11:00AM at the funeral chapel with Bobbi Kleptach officiating. Interment will be in Rest Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Research Medical Center.
