On April 18, Luke Hunter Parker opened his eyes to see the face of Jesus.

Now our precious angel is guarding his daddy, mommy, and big brother: Matthew Franklin Parker, Brittaney Lynn Shelton, and Bryson Scott Parker. Also watching over; his mimi and pop, Kelly and Tommy Shelton; his noni and gmike, Heather and Mike Shroades; his pappy and grandma, Matt and Diane Parker; and aunts and uncles, Kelsey Shelton, Tommy Shelton, Logan Shelton, Anna Shroades, Ashley Ryan, and Ryan Davis.

He is an angel with his great-grandparents and great-great-grandparents.

As we lay our angel down to sleep a graveside service will be held at Paynes Chapel Cemetery where immediate family will be attending on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Raymond Martin officiating. There will also be a gathering for our extended family and friends following at Paynes Chapel Fellowship Hall.

There will be a lantern release at dusk.
