Stella Louise Lamb, 69, of Martinsburg, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Berkeley Medical Center.

Born June 25, 1947 in Sandy Springs, MD, she was the daughter of the late Charles Franklin Seabolt, Sr. and Ethel Caroline Ramsey Seabolt.

She is survived by her two sons, Charles E. Lowe of Martinsburg and William F. Lowe of Brunswick, MD; two step-sons, Darrell Vann of Thurmont, MD and Timothy Lamb of Hagerstown, MD; one step-daughter, Melissa Paulson of Thurmont; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two step grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Allan Lamb on September 28, 2013; a daughter, Angela Dawn Lowe, 1975-1981; three brothers; and three sisters.

Family will receive friends on Sunday January 22, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home.

Services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, January 23, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Greenhill Cemetery.
