Robert Brent Osbourn, 88,of Falling Waters, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Meritus Medical Center.
Born March 29, 1928 in Shepherdstown, WV he was the son of the late Charles William and Leotah McKee Osbourn.
He was a veteran of the Merchant Marines and had served with the US Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Marie Sowers Osbourn; two sons, Stephen B. Osbourn, Richard D. Osbourn; one daughter, Sonja Osbourn; one grandson, William E. Osbourn; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Robert K. Osbourn; one brother, C.W. Osbourn; and two sisters, Mary Frances Smith and Betty Osbourn.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
