Ellen Cecil Jenkins, 81, of Martinsburg passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born November 15, 1934 in Newport News, VA she was the daughter of the late Cyril and Petrue Clark.
She was a member of Worship Life Ministries in Martinsburg.
She is survived by a son, William Bryant; three daughters, Angela Williams and husband, Deacon Eddie Williams, Delores White, and Patricia Watson and husband, Calvin Watson; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 3:00PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Pastor Hickerson officiating. Family will receive friends from 2:00PM to 3:00PM prior to the service at the chapel. Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery.
