Betty Louise Stilwell, 87, of Falling Waters, WV passed away o n Sunday, January 31, 2016 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born January 28, 1929 Spring Mills, WV she was the daughter of the late William Grant and Lena Bryant Seckman Hull.
She was a very active member of Harmony United Methodist Church where she was a member of United Methodist Women and the Drake Sunday School Class. Mrs. Stilwell was formerly a volunteer with Loaves & Fishes, C-Cap, and Meals on Wheels.
She was a devoted mother, being survived by a son, Tim Stilwell and wife, Pam of Falling Waters; three daughters, Alexis Avey of Martinsburg, Carrie Bowers and husband, Mike of Falling Waters, and Amy Stilwell of Falling Waters; seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; a brother, Carl William "Bill" Hull and wife, Iris of Falling Waters; numerous nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. "Bob" Stilwell in 2014; and a brother, Lee Hull.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 11:00AM at Harmony United Methodist Church with Rev. Terri Cofiell officiating. Interment will be in Harmony Cemetery.
